This Site provides information about Karivia's non-emergency medical transportation and healthcare logistics services, and allows healthcare facilities and organizations to submit partnership inquiries. This Site does not provide a mechanism to book, schedule, or dispatch a ride, and is not intended for use in a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Karivia provides transportation and logistics services; it does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Submitting Information

When you submit our partnership inquiry form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive medical details through this Site.

Service Availability

Karivia currently provides service within Prince George's, Montgomery, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties, Maryland. Actual service availability, scheduling, and eligibility are determined separately from this Site, based on direct communication with our team.
